Fudge Brownie Pie

This recipe is from Debbie Bracken

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Ice cream
Hot fudge sauce

Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and butter until smooth. Add vanilla. Mix in flour, cocoa and salt and stir till smooth. Add nuts. Pour into a 8 inch, lightly greased pie plate. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until almost set. Pie will NOT test done in the center. Cool, cut into wedges, and serve topped with ice cream and drizzled hot fudge sauce. Serves 6 to 8
